Obviously I haven’t won yet. So this week the daydream I’m renting is for £117million. It’s all based around what that plumber said when he won £1.45million on a £2 accumulator on the Tote (horse racing for the non-gamblers out there), who when asked what he did replied, “I’m a heating engineer… well, I was.” If anybody asked me what I did for a living, I’d say “I’m a copywriter… well, I was. Now I’m a philanthropist.”

Oh it really must be fate now – the only reason I didn’t win was so I could win £68million this week. I don’t need that extra £17million for more helicopters, so I’ll be doing good deeds with it all, which must be good karma…

So I didn’t win, but then nobody else did – which is great, because that means that the daydream I’m renting this week is based on winning £51million. And the daydream is reinforced by the thought that not winning last week was meant to be, as fate is going to hand me £51 million this Friday! So I’ll be able to change the world for a lot more people who need help and get a bigger helicopter too…
